Photos Are Up: An Evening in Istanbul - traditional Ottoman cuisine with a New World twist. The Green Turtle restaurant hosted the October dinner. Enjoy the photos and don't forget to order your prints so you can enjoy the memories in years to come.

A message from your photographer.

The price of prints was recently lowered so now there's no reason not to purchase a few images from your favorite events. I'm working on a book that will include lots of images, recipes and more. I'll keep you all posted on its completion.

I look forward to seeing all of you again very soon.

An Evening in Istanbul included not only cuisine and wine from the region but entertainment as well. Judging from the photos some of your fellow members may have missed their true calling.

After a long summer hiatus Jim & Deborah White invited us to their Kissimmee restaurant, Houlihan's. Matt Nugnez of Matt's Tropical Grill was our guest chef. Jim personally made the Lobster Bisque. The evening's wines, highly rated and very allocated, came from Houlihan’s Wine Spectator Award winning wine cellar. Dr. Moreno provided excellent Cuban cigars to accompany Cognac at evening's end. Judging from the photos, everyone had a fabulous evening. Wish I could have gotten photos of the ride home. What happens on the Dynamic bus stays on the Dynamic bus.

Postcard Bagley dinner
June's event was held in the lovely home of Dick & Gail Beagley. The theme was western and Mel Broom provided a fabulous variety of smoked and barbequed meats. The members themselves did some of the cooking, and, no surprise, word was the results were delicious. By the end of the evening with Cognac poured and cigars lit thee was even a little line dancing. Check out the pictures.
